I had a Day of Mental Wellness at my house the other day and it was a huge success. Eight people came, and we had a day full of art, conversation, and cupcake decorating. I really enjoyed the day and doing this for the people who came, as I could tell they enjoyed it. I plan on doing these as much as possible and already planning one for next month.
